Over 3 floors it  boasts 2 x double bedrooms with en-suites, 1 x  family bedroom (double bed and bunk-bed) with en-suite and 1 x double bedroom with bunk-beds.  Comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. There is a solid oak kitchen with 3 oven Aga within the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Kirksanton is a great place to explore the South Lakes and beautiful coastal areas, yet is only 17 miles from Coniston Water. The barn includes all mod cons including WiFi and is a great base for a Lakeland holiday.

The Gables Barn (LHS property) is also a contemporary barn conversion.    The Gables is also set over 3 floors.  It includes 5 bedrooms with 3 en-suites and a house bathroom.  The Gables comfortably sleeps 11 guests ( Top Floor comprises: 1 family room with double, single bed and en-suite, 1 bedroom with King sized bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds.  Ground Floor: 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bedroom with Double bed and en-suite.) This contemporary barn conversion has an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area which is fully equipped.
